Conditions of Returns
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Items must be in their original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used.
Packaging: Please return any items in their original packaging.
Shipping Method: We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us via a trackable service. This ensures a secure and traceable return process.
Proof of Postage: Retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
Please note that shipping costs and gift packages are non-refundable.
In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings.
Time Frame
You have 14 days to send your unwanted item(s) back to us from the date your parcel is delivered. Please note we do not offer free returns.
Return Steps
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer two options to initiate a return:
1) Initiating a Return:
Log in to your account and navigate to the “My Orders” page. Select the order, click on “Refund” button, complete the refund request form, and submit it.
Alternatively, if you don’t have an account, contact us via info@lilyaccessories.co.uk with your order number, associated email address, and reason for return.
2) Confirmation and Return Shipping:
Our team will review your refund request, assessing the item’s condition to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Upon approval, we will provide you with the necessary address details for returning the item.
Refund a Return
Upon receiving the returned item at our store, we will process the refund as promptly as possible. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s method of payment. You will be notified of the refund status via email.
We kindly request you to retain your delivery note until you have received confirmation of your refund.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your accessories are received damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for its return and provide you with the option to either receive a replacement (subject to availability) or choose a refund for the damaged item. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you have the choice that best aligns with your preferences.
